Vinyasa Yoga or fitness Yoga encompasses a wide range of classes and is one of the most commonly practiced styles in the West. Vinyasa, which means to place in a certain way, allows for flexibility and creativity in movement as one flows through different sequences of poses. Movement from one pose to the next follows the breath, resulting in a smooth, flowing practice that develops strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Sessions last for 75 minutes. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words Rei which means God's Wisdom or the Higher Power and Ki which is life force energy. So Reiki is actually spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki is a natural and simple hands-on technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC A licensed clinical professional counselor, LCPC, has met all requirements of advanced education and experience set by the Maryland State Board of Mental Health and Hygiene for license to provide mental health services and to submit insurance claims for reimbursement. Help the body normalize overactive and under active glands and organs.The reflexologist acts as a mediator to activate the client's healing potential. Proper nerve stimulation and relaxation can be a first step toward normalization, making healing possible.

Past life regression therapy uses hypnotherapy and guided imagery to help uncover and relieve root causes of phobias, anxieties, pain, and other deeply seated feelings and symptoms which cannot be reasonably explained by current circumstances. Past life regression therapy can also help relieve physical pain, especially when combined with massage. a first session typically lasts from 90 to 120 minutes. Follow up regression therapy sessions are sometimes indicated to bring fuller resolution to issues that have been uncovered, to further relaxation, or to explore more regression information. Follow up sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes.

Integrated Massage is based primarily in Swedish massage while combining concentrated Deep Tissue work and/or Somatic Experiencing in areas where stress is most acutely held. It can be further augmented with Thai Foot Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Polarity, and other modalities - both physical and energetic - to meet the needs of each client. Alleviating traumas affecting the soul/spirit restores the physical body of the individual to balance and wholeness.
